Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is skill-based training that teaches people how to understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. 

The Adult MHFA course is designed for anyone who wants to learn how to help a person who may be experiencing a mental health related crisis or problem.

The Youth MHFA course is designed for adults who regularly interact with adolescents (ages 12-18) and could help young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations.

* PLEASE NOTE: All In-Person trainings will be conducted at the DAC Government Center.

** The Blended Format will require participants to complete approximately 2 hours of pre-course work online prior to the day of scheduled training.
