First-response Emergency Medical Services are provided by New Mexico licensed First Responders, EMT-Basics, and EMT-Intermediates who volunteer or are employed by Doña Ana County Fire and Rescue Services.

American Medical Response (AMR) is the contracted transport provider for the incorporated and unincorporated areas of Doña Ana County.
